What changes the price?
Blank-canvas sites: choose a page package, then pay for extra pages only if you need them.
Blog posts: on a site with a Blog page, up to 200 posts are included and do not count as pages. Set up my blog adds the page.
Templates: the design price includes the pages shown, with no blank-canvas fee on top. Pages beyond the included allowance or another template design may cost extra.
Files: HTML is included. React and Vue are separate formats, each bought once per site.

Sections, page length, standard elements, forms, motion and existing 3D tools are included. Domain and external-service costs are separate. Hosting figures assume today's rates. Hosting renews by itself, every month or every year as you chose, until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next payment; after your first 14 days a yearly plan is not refunded for the months left (see Refunds). innitweb is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to these prices.
Ordinary editing and repeat downloads are included. Only pages beyond your purchased allowance, another template design or a file format you have not bought can change the one-off price.

A shop is its own add-on, on top of hosting, so a site that does not sell never pays for one. It follows your hosting: monthly if your hosting is monthly, yearly (15% cheaper than twelve months) if it is yearly. It renews on the same day as your hosting (your first payment only covers the days until then) and ends if hosting ends. Your product photos and any downloadable files you sell count toward your hosting plan's room, the same room as your other pictures and files; your orders and customers do not.
Add a shop from your account, on a live hosted site. The largest size is by invitation only, for shops that outgrow the others. Contact us.

A shop needs live, paid-up hosting. If hosting stops, your shop pauses.
A downloaded copy of your site does not include the shop: the shop runs on our hosting.
Collections that group your products follow your hosting plan, whichever shop size you pick: 5 on Launch, 20 on Grow, 100 on Pro.
Orders a month is a guide: orders over it are still taken.
innitweb adds no fee to your sales. Stripe's own fees come out of each payment in your Stripe account.
Prices in your shop are in pounds. Courier labels and live courier prices are not included yet.

Selling questions
Do I need hosting to sell?
Yes. The shop runs on a site hosted with us, on a live, paid-up plan. The smallest shop works on any hosting plan; the next size needs Grow or bigger. If hosting stops, your shop pauses until it starts again.
What does innitweb take from each sale?
Nothing. innitweb adds no fee to your sales. Stripe's own fees come out of each payment in your Stripe account.
Where does the money go?
Shoppers pay on Stripe's own page and the money goes to the Stripe account you connect, not through innitweb. You set that account up from your Account page.
Can I sell downloads?
Yes: a product can be a download, with one file of up to 50 MB. The buyer gets the link after they pay. Download files count toward your hosting plan's room, the same room as your pictures.
Can I change size or stop?
You can change size from your Account page: a bigger shop is charged the difference now, and a smaller one is credited to your next bill. To stop, open Manage billing on your Account page and cancel the shop add-on.
What about VAT?
You choose how tax shows on your shop: none, or your own VAT rate with the VAT inside each price shown on the order. This is not tax advice: ask your accountant.

What do I pay, and when?
You pay when you download. Nothing is purchased until payment completes. See costs at a glance
What do I get?
Plain files for your whole site: HTML, which is included in the price, or React or Vue components for £10 extra. The download is a zip with your pages, a README, your pictures and robots.txt, plus a sitemap once you set a site address. Host it anywhere, edit it in any editor, and keep it if you never come back. Ready-made design themes are included, one click each: colours, fonts and corners change together, and the fonts come in your download.
Can I change the site after paying?
Yes. Ordinary editing and repeat downloads of your purchased site are included. Deleting pages keeps your purchased allowance. Expanding from one to five pages is £30, five to fifteen £40, or one to fifteen £70; pages beyond fifteen are £4 each. Another template licence or export format may cost extra.
What if the code is faulty?
Tell us and we'll fix it or replace it, and if that can't be done you can ask for a refund. Your legal rights are never affected.

Do I need an account to build?
No. You can open the canvas and build without one. You need an account to save your site and to pay for a download.
You pay once, by card, and payments are taken by Stripe. Paid but not downloaded yet? Ask within 14 days and we'll refund you in full. After you've downloaded, a change of mind can't be refunded, but faulty code is fixed or replaced, and refunded if that can't be done. innitweb is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to these prices.
